We may not have to worry about whether or not we are 'tardy for the party', because it looks like the party is over!

On Monday evening, Kim Zolciak was forced to remove her song "Tardy for the Party" from iTunes after the producer filed a lawsuit against the "Real Housewives" star.

“This producer Don Vito is suing her for not paying him so she doesn’t have the rights,” a source told RadarOnline.com. Her official website is also down, “possibly for similar reason” the source insinuated.

"Tardy for the Party" is actually a good song. No credit to Zolciak though. Her 'housewives' co-star, Kandi Burress, produced it and remastered the beat from country to pop. It even worked its way through the iTunes Top 10 Dancelist in the short time it was available for purchase. Kandi should record it and release it now. That would be amazing!

Zolciak's rep, Jonathan Jaxson, says "no comment." But I'm getting word out of Atlanta that things have gone south between Kim and Jonathan. I'm working that angle of the story, and I'll have a report shortly.

Lazareth Wazuma

French automobile and motorcycle builder Lazareth has managed to shoehorn an entire BMW V12 engine into one of its crazy Wazuma quads. While there isn’t much that’s environmentally friendly about a 500-horsepower supercharged V12 from BMW that’s powering a rather large and impractical quad platform, Lazareth has decided to attempt to give the machine a bit of eco-cred by running the engine on E85.
If you want one, it’ll set you back $283,000.

The Black Nintendo Wii

Nintendo is releasing a whole new Wii, it’s far far different than the old Wii. This one is shiny, new and all black. None of that bright white will be featured on this Wii, it’s gotten a bit of a makeover. They’re probably trying to make it appeal to the hardcore gamers, because everyone knows jet black consoles are far cooler. There’s probably some scientific reason behind it, I hear even the Xbox plays better when it’s painted black.
Alright, so that’s all bull, but you have to admit, the Wii is looking pretty good covered in all black. Not that the pearly white didn’t look good, but it’s a refreshing change. This black console is being released in Japan actually, as of the first of August. They had mentioned they would eventually be releasing this black console, but now that it’s getting closer they’re showing off the new packaging. There isn’t a release date for the rest of the world though. Actually, they aren’t really saying much of anything about whether or not they’ll ever release it so that the rest of us can buy one too.

Android Comes on The Scene

There isn’t much to go by here, but a set of photos appeared in some unnamed forum the other day showing what is believed to be a new slate-style Android MID that is estimated to have a touchscreen measuring somewhere between 4.3 to 5 inches and said to feature applications like MSN Messenger and GTalk, WiFi, and possibly 3G connectivity. The MID is rumored to be powered by a Rockchip CPU (the upcoming RK2808 perhaps?) and expected to perform better than the iPod touch, which I guess it’s trying to compete against. Other than that and whatever else can be deduced from the photos, nothing else is known about the device. The anonymous tipster who sent the pics and info to me via email says the unit is currently making its rounds on a handful of Chinese tech sites, none of which link to or name the forum they all mention as the source, so I can’t direct you to anything more concrete either.

A design by Fatih Can Sariöz, the Globath shower module has pretty much everything except for the kitchen sink (well, and a toilet). It’s flanked by a wardrobe and dryer on one side of the unit, with a washer and storage area on the other side.

Expected to start selling toward the end of next year for an estimated price of £50,000 (about $81,700), the Parajet SkyCar can be pre-ordered now for a refundable £10,000 (about $16,381).

I scrapped one of his videos that no one knows about. Pulled Hype Williams, pulled June Ambrose, my stylist, made the “So Sick” video, and he’s outta here. Rihanna, theres just no getting around that. So in three years, I’ve worked on Kanye, Ne-Yo, and Rihanna. I don’t even wanna talk about the Fab record that was mine. SO now she’s the Pon The Replay girl and the SOS girl and The Unfaithful girl. Now she’s just an artist. Ne-Yo’s albums, we made those albums. Not Tina Davis. You put those three artist on any other record exec’s resume in the history of music, and they’re a genius. But because I’m an artist as well, no one gives me that type of credit. But that’s cool cause I don’t do it for that.

So if you ask me to grade my performance as the president, I’d say A-Plus. No one can bat 100. It’s impossible. I mean, everyone is looking at my shit. But if we really looked under the hood of every single record exec and the acts they put out in that time, I’d be
comparable to anyone."
